step 1 of 2 Are you applying as an individual or a legal entity/organisation?

Individuals

(consumer, sole trader, or any other natural person who can provide a PPSN)
As an individual you have a right to request your credit report at any time free of charge (subject to fair usage).
Non-individuals

(company, legal entity, or any other entity who can provide a BRN, CRO number or foreign equivalent). As a legal entity you have a right to request your credit report at any time and the first credit report each calendar year is free.

step 2 of 2 Documents needed to submit your application.

In order to apply for your credit report or exercise any other rights, you must complete an application form and provide identification documents. We need your identification documents to make sure that we are sending the right credit report to the right person and uphold your data protection rights. Please note your application cannot be processed without valid identification documents. Proofs must be within 6 months of its expiry date, have your full address and your PPSN is clearly labelled.

Before you start your application, please confirm the following statements:

Proof of Identity

I can provide a clear and legible signed copy of my photo identity (such as passport or driving licence) which is in date, or expired no more than 6 months ago
Proof of Address

I can provide a clear and legible copy of a proof of address which is dated within the last 6 months and which fully matches the address provided on my application form
Proof of PPSN

I can provide a clear and legible copy of a proof of PPSN, which clearly has my PPSN labelled as PPSN
