REQUEST YOUR CREDIT REPORT
As an individual you have a right to request your credit report at any time free of charge (subject to fair usage). Credit and personal information from 30 June 2017 onwards is stored on the Central Credit Register.
Before we can send your credit report, you must complete an application and provide some identification documents.
This is to make sure that we are sending the right credit report to the right person and uphold your data protection rights. Use the buttons below to submit a new request or check the status of your existing request.
Business borrowers such as companies will also be able obtain credit reports later in 2018 for credit information from 31 March 2018 onwards. Business borrowers will not be charged for the first credit report they request in a given year.

If you are unable to complete this process online, you may download an application form. Please complete and return it and all required documentation by post to the Central Credit Register.
A postal request will take longer to process than an online request.
We cannot discuss any detail of your credit report including its contents over the phone.
