For online requests you must be able to print your application form, sign it, and scan it back to us. Before you start, you should have your identification documents ready to upload.

We cannot accept any applications by post at this time.

Identification documents

Provides information on the identification documents you will need to proceed with your request. There are three types of identification documents required, which you can select from this list. 


Credit Report

Submit a request to obtain your credit report, free of charge (subject to fair usage).



Submit a request to amend information held on the Central Credit Register, if you believe it is inaccurate, incomplete, or not up to date. Where possible, you should include whatever proof, evidence or other supporting documentation you have to support your request. 


Explanatory Statement

Submit a request to place an explanatory statement of 200 words or less on your Credit Report which relates to your information held on the Central Credit Register. Your statement must relate only to you and your information on your credit report. 


Suspected impersonation

Submit a request to place a notice of suspected impersonation on your Credit Report, if you reasonably believe you have been, are being, or may be about to be impersonation by any person.
